KBL issues a ‘warning’ to coach Kim Seung-ki Carrot, who made inappropriate remarks about his family’s team
Goyang Carrot coach Kim Seung-gi received a warning for making inappropriate remarks about his parent team, Anyang KGC Ginseng Corporation.
The Korean Basketball League (KBL) held the 28th 7th Finance Committee at the KBL Center in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the morning of the 14th and announced that it issued a warning to coach Kim.
Coach Kim mentioned KGC, his former team, in a meeting with reporters ahead of the Suwon KT match held at Goyang Gymnasium on the 10th.
In response to a question about the team’s situation with a recent overdue salary, manager Kim said, “It was more difficult during Ginseng Corporation.” 먹튀검증
Afterwards, the KGC club requested a review of manager Kim’s remarks, and KBL accepted it. However, I did not see the need for measures such as sanctions or suspension of business trips.
KBL also imposed a penalty of 1 million won on Gage Prim (Ulsan Hyundai Mobis) for fouling against the spirit of sports.
In an away game against KGC on the 11th, Prim hit opponent guard Byun Jun-hyung with his arm while making a quick attack. However, the referee proceeded with the game as it was without pointing out the foul.
KBL gave referees Lee Sang-jun and Shin Dong-han, who were in charge of the match, suspension of the match for three days each, and referee Kang Gu-dong was given a warning.
